Admission Procedures

IMPORTANT ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES AND DEADLINES

1. APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION (YELLOW):
   Complete the Application for Admission form and return it with the Records Release Form and non-refundable $50.00 application fee. MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 4, 2008.
2. RECORDS RELEASE FORM (WHITE):
   Complete and sign this form to authorize the release of transcripts. Return to JSerra with the Application for Admission. MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 4, 2008.
3. ENGLISH AND MATH TEACHER RECOMMENDATION FORMS (GREEN AND CREAM):
   Print the personal information requested at the top of each form and submit to the appropriate teacher for completion and mailing to JSerra. Provide a stamped envelope, addressed to JSerra, with each of the recommendations. MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 5, 2008.
4. ENTRANCE EXAMINATION:
   All 9th grade applicants are required to take the entrance examination. JSerra is offering the exam on the following day:

Saturday, April 5, 2008 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM

The Application for Admission and $50.00 fee must be on file to take the entrance examination. A place has been reserved for all applicants to take the examination on either Saturday. It is not necessary to contact JSerra to reserve one of the three dates. There is no additional fee for the examination. Bring two sharpened #2 pencils and a pen. A snack will be provided. Plan to arrive by 7:45 AM and arrange to be picked up at approximately 12:00 PM.
