A Message from Donna Vandenberg Welcome to JSerra’s Activities page! I am Mrs. Donna Vandenberg (Mrs. V.), Vice-Principal of Student Services. On our web page you will find information regarding campus clubs, activities, and events. At JSerra we believe that student involvement accomplishes several personal, academic, and spiritual goals. Student involvement outside the school day allows students to develop and cultivate their God-given talents and gifts, it helps students feel better about themselves, develop friendships important for overall health and well-being, it improves their grades and commitment to the school community, helps them feel connected, and just makes school more fun! We offer a wide range of clubs and activities, and our programs are innovative, supportive, and meet the needs of every student’s mind, body, and soul. We offer a club for every interest on campus including: community service, personal interest, and academic clubs. Our community service clubs include the Peru Club, Haiti Club, Lions for Africa and Habitat for Humanity. Personal interest clubs include the Surf Club, Wacky Sports, and School of Rock. Our academic clubs include: Model United Nations, Academic Decathlon, National Honor Society, and the California Scholarship Federation. Beyond our clubs, our campus is always busy with school sponsored activities. We have several school dances each year, an incredible musical production, and multiple pep rallies and lunch time activities. JSerra is not only an academically rigorous and Christ-centered community, but it is also a fun community! JSerra’s Office of Student Services is committed to our mission to provide the highest quality of co-curricular and extra-curricular program offerings.
