President's Welcome Message Expect Great Things! The start of every school year brings with it excitement, anxiety, and some amount of uncertainty. The start of this school years brings high expectations for me. And it should for you too. On behalf of the JSerra community, welcome to the new school year! Now it’s somewhat ironic that I am welcoming you. I was welcomed to JSerra less than five months ago. For as short as I have been a part of the campus community I very quickly have been made to feel welcome. What’s even more telling is the very palatable sense that every member of the JSerra community is here for the success of every other member of our community. That includes me. That, most importantly, includes you and your family. Just as your student does not come to JSerra to be mediocre in anything they do - academics, athletics, the arts, or their chosen extracurricular activities, I do not come to JSerra to simply be a care taker of what is clearly a great institution. I join an extraordinary faculty and staff. You are now served by this same team of dedicated, accomplished, and student-focused professionals. Expect great things these next four years—of us, of your students, and of your family’s experience as an integral member of the JSerra community. JSerra isn’t about being simply the best.
