Parents in Prayer

”For where two or three are gathered together in my Name I will be there in their midst.” – Matthew 18:20

Parents in Prayer is a scripture-based prayer group whose mission is to pray specifically for the needs and protection of our school and our children. We will gather on Wednesdays, usually 9 – 10 a.m. (before the weekly student Mass) in the Sky Room of the athletic offices located on the upper level of the Gym.

This is not limited to parents of JSerra students. All are welcome! Grandparents, aunts, uncles, older siblings, teachers, staff, coaches, and our greater Catholic community are welcome and encouraged to be a part of this important ministry. What greater gift than to go humbly before our Lord and submit our most beloved ones to His providential care and mercy? We are a visible sign to our children of our belief that prayer matters. If each of us invite two others, we would grow not only in number – but in grace. We play in integral part of the JSerra mission and by building our prayer community – we uplift everyone and everything about JSerra.
