The JSerra Catholic High School Guidance Counseling Department seek to assist students along the path toward self-actualization while recognizing their academic and career-related goals, as well as their spiritual and social development. By helping students discover their interests and their God-given talents and abilities, they will learn to develop those strengths in becoming self-confident, motivated, successful leaders in our society.

For the 2007-2008 school year, the Guidance Counseling office is open from July 1st through June 30. Students are encouraged to see their counselor before school, after school, and during lunch. Students may be called out of class for meetings; when possible meetings will be kept brief. When the counselor is not available, students are able to request a meeting by sending an email or signing up on their clip boards outside their doors.
