Club Application & SOP Manual

Held once in the Fall, Club Presentations is an open ASG meeting in which all clubs must present their Standard Operating Procedures and Club Application.

Clubs will be authorized by a Motion-to-Approve by the Senate at an ASG meeting. If the club is approved, it will be signed by the ASG President, Activities Director, and Head of Student Affairs.

Review the steps below to learn how to start a club and complete the required paperwork.

Step 1

SELECT A CLUB MODERATOR

Ask a teacher to moderate the club. The Moderator's role is to supervise meetings, events, and activities.

Step 2

Complete Club Application AND SOP Manual

Download and complete the Club Application with the Club Moderator.

You must also download and review/sign the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual.

Step 3

Set up Regular Meeting Time

Begin meeting and making new friends! Set up a regular meeting time and dates to meet with your club members once your club has been approved.
