Through an interactive workshop and performance, Yale-trained composer Charlie Romano gave JSerra’s performing arts students a firsthand look at the professional creative process—demonstrating how musical craft, personal conviction, and vocation can harmonize on and off the stage.

Following an outstanding accreditation visit, JSerra has been granted full accreditation, with reviewers praising its exceptional curriculum, Catholic mission, and vibrant school community.

Four JSerra seniors from the Class of 2026 earned regional honors in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, with Bethan Elliott receiving a Silver Key for photography and three additional students earning Honorable Mentions for their outstanding work.
