Ready to Talk About College? Don't Miss This Free "College Talk" with Mr. Tony Roberts!

“Let’s Give Them Something to Talk About”
(by Bonnie Raitt)
“Talk about College”

  • WHO: All students entering grades 7-12, plus parents and grandparents.

  • WHAT: A free “College Talk” (sometimes called the “Notre Dame Talk”) hosted by Tony Roberts, Vice President of School Relations, to talk about the journey to acceptance. Tony will use many anecdotes referring to the University of Notre Dame, but his message will apply to ANY college you’re considering.

  • WHEN: Thursday, July 24, 6:00 p.m. sharp. The talk will start precisely at 6:00 p.m. because Tony values your time. “5 minutes early is ten minutes late.”

  • WHERE: JSerra Catholic High School | Busch Hall Center Room

  • WHY: If you’re not talking or thinking about college already, just know that your competition is. Tony’s goal is to encourage family conversations, propose action steps, and reduce the stress level…. just a little.

  • HOW: All you have to do is send an email to troberts@jserra.org with the headcount for your family. Tony wants to have plenty of chairs and cookies for all attendees.
