However busy Dr. Betty Cappelletti and her Medical Magnet Program students have been since JSerra's move to virtual learning because of the coronavirus pandemic, they have still found time to donate much needed supplies to MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center.
MemorialCare Saddleback is where the students had been having their rotations this past school year.
Recognizing the lack of integral medical supplies required to protect medical personnel, Dr. Cappelletti and her students sprung into action and used their network to obtain over 8000 pairs of gloves, 2000 masks, 175 PPE setups, and 1000 pairs of goggles. These supplies will be used in Saddleback's command center hub.
