JSerra Catholic High School is excited to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Century 21 Affiliated, offering Law Magnet Program students a unique opportunity to become licensed real estate salespersons before graduating high school. This innovative program enables students to complete three real estate courses that not only prepare them for the California Real Estate License Exam at 18 but also earn them college credits at Saddleback College and within the University of California system.

The program's real-world impact extends beyond academics, as students gain the credentials necessary to embark on part-time or full-time careers in real estate. Through the partnership, Century 21 Affiliated and Brik Home Loans provide mentorship, training, and professional opportunities, ensuring students are well-prepared to navigate the real estate industry.
