OC Register reporter Heather McRea visited JSerra yesterday to catch the Spirit Week action on the "Winter Formal"-themed dress day:
Wednesday's dress code for class was formal at JSerra Catholic High School in San Juan Capistrano.
The school arranged a lunchtime Winter Formal for students with fancy table settings, pictures and dancing outside in the campus parking lot.
"They've missed out on many of the events and activities that make high school so memorable – school dances, pep rallies, sports games and more," Principal Eric Stroupe said. "We planned Winter Formal Week to surprise them with some fun activities and bring a twist to JSerra's favorite annual events."
