Athletic Questionnaire

This Athletic Questionnaire is designed for all prospective students interested in participating in high school athletics while attending JSerra Catholic High School. JSerra is a member of the Trinity League, the toughest league in the country for high school sports. JSerra is also a member of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), which produces many collegiate bound athletes every year. Participating in sports at JSerra will align you with the very best coaches, athletes, and teams.

Please note that, due to CIF rules, coaches are unable to directly respond to prospective families until after the 8^th grade graduation. However, the information provided in this questionnaire will be reviewed by the JSerra coaches and communication is permitted through the Admissions office.
