Class of 2019's Jillian Kay was a great student and volleyball athlete while at JSerra, but to Broadcasting Teacher Sara Brechbill, Kay was a future reporter at heart.

As hospitals across the United States brace for an ongoing surge in COVID-19 cases, numerous medical students across the country have seen their education take an abrupt turn. JSerra alumna Haley Sherburne, a three-sport athlete from the Class of 2015 and first-year medical student at Washington University School of Medicine St. Louis (Wash U), is one such student.

Congrats to Ian Yu ('16), who obtained an internship at Microsoft this past summer and subsequently a job offer to join the prestigious company full-time upon graduating in June 2020.
A freshman at the University of San Diego, Ian Sysyn ('18) has been selected to join an elite team of researchers for a project to study fluid mechanics — an opportunity that he was prepared for thanks to JSerra's Engineering Magnet Program.
When Emily Day graduated from JSerra Catholic High School in 2014, she had no inkling that she'd become one of the nation's youngest female commercial real estate developers just four years later.
