If you are a JSerra graduate or a former student, you may request a transcript at no cost. You may request up to four transcripts at one time. Please provide all required information using the form below.
Transcript requests will be processed within approximately five working days. Transcripts become unofficial if seal is broken.

CURRENT JSERRA STUDENTS:
You may request transcripts by emailing the Registrar directly. Be sure to indicate whether you want official or unofficial copies and how you would like them sent. If you want the copies sent via email, provide the email address(es). If you want hard copies mailed, you must provide a mailing address.
