Ice Hockey Sport Fee

This payment form is for the 2023-2024 JSerra Ice Hockey program.

The sport fee is $6,000 and may be paid in three installments of $2,000 each on or before these dates:

August 1
September 1
October 1

All payments are non-refundable.
