By opting in or using the text message service from JSERRA CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL through OneCause ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

By subscribing to our text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages related to event alerts and updates, including registration and check-in notifications, auction updates, bidding information, and instructions for checking out at the conclusion of an event. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the event and your interactions.

3. Cost and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Check your mobile carrier plan for details.

4. How to Opt-Out

You can cancel or stop the text service at any time by replying with the keyword STOP. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message, and after that, you will no longer receive texts from us unless you re-enroll.

6. Supported Carriers

Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our text messaging program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your mobile phone number and SMS/text messaging opt-in information and consent will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
