Ways to Give
Generosity and philanthropic support are critical elements to the short and long-term success of JSerra. Each and every gift makes a tremendous impact on the lives of our students. As in the story of the widow’s mite from the Gospel, what we ask from our generous benefactors is not equal giving but equal sacrifice. Whether your gift is $100, $1,000 or $10,000, it’s an important statement of gratitude that shows your enthusiastic belief in JSerra’s mission.

Matching gifts
Many companies offer an employee matching gift program that can double or even triple match your gift to eligible nonprofit organizations. Some employers will also honor volunteer hours an employee has served to be used as a donation for a matching gift.
To find out if your company offers matching gifts, we recommend you search your company’s website or contact your human resources department. You may also see if your employer will match your donation using an online database search at CharityNavigator.org.
Appreciated stocks and securities
Gifts of appreciated stock or mutual fund shares provide immediate support to the school. Donors receive a charitable deduction based on the market value of the stock while avoiding capital gains taxes.
Gifts in kind
Gifts in-kind are non-monetary items of tangible property such as technology, equipment, furniture and other items relevant to our educational programs. Click here for the form.
