Athletic Coca-Cola Donation Form

JSerra is proud to be a partner of Coca-Cola and provide Coca-Cola products at our sporting events and practices! Parents of JSerra student-athletes are required to provide a minimum of two cases per student-athlete. We ask that parents use the form below to purchase the minimum required cases so that JSerra may purchase the products directly from Coca-Cola for your team.
