Proceeds from this year's Angel Tables and Opportunity Drawing tickets will go towards JSerra's Angel Fund. Your participation will directly benefit our mission to lead young men and women closer to Christ. Proceeds from this event will support the invaluable work of the Dominican Sisters as they prepare candidates for Baptism into the Catholic Church. Additionally, funds raised will help provide retreats for students in need through our Campus Ministry, offering transformative experiences that deepen their spiritual journeys. We also aim to enhance our vibrant Tuesday Night Lights youth group, which engages students through fun and meaningful activities like beach bonfires, game nights, and service opportunities. Every student who attends will enjoy a free hot meal, fostering community and connection among peers.

Seating Purchase Options

Please read carefully! There are FOUR ticket OPTIONS.

*If selecting Pair, Reserved Table, or Angel Table, please be prepared to add all of your guests' names and select a chicken or vegetarian entrée for each of them at the time of purchase. Undeclared responses will automatically be assigned a chicken entrée.

$150 Individual (1) Ticket:

Includes one seat at an Open Table.

CHECK YOUR EMAIL ON NOVEMBER 12, 2025: Select your seat at any Open Table when you receive the Sign-Up Genius link and access code. Find a friend you know, meet new friends, or sit at the "Freshmen," "Sophomore," or "Junior/Senior" table. Additional guests will sign up to fill the Open Table.

Guests who purchase an individual ticket can join the decorating fun by opting to be Table Leader. Leaders need to be prepared to decorate a full Open Table that will host 10 guests.

Please double check your seating arrangements before signing up. Seating sign-ups are FINAL. Coordinators cannot move any seats.

$300 Pair (2) Tickets:

Includes two seats at an Open Table that are guaranteed to be paired together.

$1750 Reserved Table (10) Tickets:

Round 72-inch table for 10 guests.
Priority table placement in the ballroom. All tables are laid out in the order received. The earlier the registration, the closer to the stage the table will be.
Purchaser will be the main point of contact and responsible for décor as well as providing all 10 guest names.
Guests at reserved tables do NOT need to select seats on Sign Up Genius.

6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Dads are welcome - let's "Deck the Halls and Pour the Pints!"

This is not a contest but a chance to show your creativity. The Table Leader oversees centerpieces and table décor.
Tables are 72-inch rounds.
Tables are set when you arrive with plates, utensils, glasses, and linens (white tablecloths with white napkins) are included.
If you have your own linens for the table, you will be responsible for resetting the table. The hotel staff will not re-set.
If you bring wine or champagne for your table, the hotel charges a $18 corkage fee per bottle. Even for those cute mini bottles. All bottles must be opened at the bar.
Bring a wagon to transport your decorations. Bellhop carts will be very limited.
Invite your HUBBY to set up.
- DAD ALERT!! THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN! Thursday, December 11 is the Table Decorating Pre-Party and runs from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Dads are welcome to join the ladies for the set-up pre-party. Cash bars will be open.
And remember… no LIVE ANIMALS.
