Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer with JSerra Catholic High School! We appreciate parents and community members who want to get involved with our school. Your participation enhances our programs as well as the culture for our students.
If you are interested in volunteering in an area that involves student contact such as athletics, clubs, or mission trips, please complete the application below and submit additional documents as needed. The Online Volunteer Application and Online Volunteer Agreement must be completed annually. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

THE VOLUNTEER APPLICATION PROCESS
As a volunteer applicant, you must complete the following steps PRIOR to volunteering at JSerra:
Step 1 - Volunteer Application
Complete the Volunteer Application below. Required annually.
Step 2 - Volunteer Agreement
Complete the Volunteer Agreement below. Required annually.
Step 3 - Application in Review
Once your application has been received, you will be sent any additional application materials. The submission of the online application and agreement does not serve as approval for volunteering. Once the remaining application materials have been returned and accepted, you will receive an email confirming your volunteer status.
If this is the first time you are completing a volunteer application or you have not volunteered in the last three years, you will be required to complete the following items:
- LiveScan background check (find a location here)
- Safe Environment Child Abuse Course
- TB Risk Assessment (signed off by a medical professional
- COVID-19 proof of vaccination (send to Human Resources at email@example.com)
If you are a returning volunteer and renewing your application, your prior documents will be verified and you will be advised if any additional paperwork needs to be updated.
