Student Work Permit

Work Permits are required for enrolled JSerra students under the age of 18 years and expire each August. Forms will need to be redone upon date of expiration to ensure employers have a valid work permit on file.

“Statement of Intent to Employ a Minor and Request for a Work Permit-Certificate of Age” CDE Form B1-1 (Rev. 02-14) must be filled out by the minor, the parent/guardian of the minor, and the employer.

Entertainment Work Permits are available upon request.
