Live for Others Senior Camino: Monday, May 16, 2022, 6:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
JSerra's annual Live for Others (L4O) Senior Camino is a lion tradition to help graduating seniors reflect on God's gifts and what He has in store for them as they enter the next phase of their lives.
The Camino is named in honor of the late Tim Vorenkamp ('15), who passed away in 2016 from a rare form of cancer. Before his death, Tim founded the Live for Others Foundation, raising awareness and funding research to cure Synovial Cell Sarcoma.
The L4O Senior Camino will take place on Monday, May 16, 2022, with a morning Mass, at 6:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima (OLF) in San Clemente, followed by a scenic walk back to JSerra.
Lunch will be provided at JSerra upon return, with snacks and water being offered along the route. Seniors must be dropped off at OLF.
Catalina Trip: Tuesday, May 17, 2022, 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

The Catalina Flyer will promptly leave Newport Beach for Avalon at 8:00 am and return around 6:00 p.m. Students must arrive at the Balboa Pavilion no later than 7:30 a.m. Permission slips are required for each student to attend. Some activities require additional waivers and must be filled out and returned to participate.

Nothing "cheeky" allowed. Boardshorts for modesty will be available if a bathing suit is deemed inappropriate. All drink containers must be empty.
Students must find their own transportation to and from the Balboa Pavilion and are responsible for the cost of parking: Balboa Pavilion, 400 Main Street, Newport Beach. Parking is limited, so carpooling or being dropped off is encouraged. Parking is available in the Municipal Parking Lot on Palm Street. To enter the parking lot, make a right turn into the oceanfront parking lot at the entrance located at the ticket booth. The daily rate is approximately $27.00 per day, payable at various self-serve pay stations found at the parking lot's perimeter or via the ParkMobile app. A license plate number and a credit card or the correct amount of cash are required when paying at the pay stations. Graduates WILL receive a tassel with their cap and gown and will be distributed at a later time.

Remember, the graduation fee covers a number of items and is not available on an á la carte basis (see page 13 of the Senior Graduation Guidebook). There are no partial refunds of the fee.
