Live for Others Senior Camino: Monday, May 16, 2022, 6:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
JSerra's annual Live for Others (L4O) Senior Camino is a lion tradition to help graduating seniors reflect on God's gifts and what He has in store for them as they enter the next phase of their lives.
The Camino is named in honor of the late Tim Vorenkamp ('15), who passed away in 2016 from a rare form of cancer. Before his death, Tim founded the Live for Others Foundation, raising awareness and funding research to cure Synovial Cell Sarcoma.
The L4O Senior Camino will take place on Monday, May 16, 2022, with a morning Mass, at 6:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima (OLF) in San Clemente, followed by a scenic walk back to JSerra.
Lunch will be provided at JSerra upon return, with snacks and water being offered along the route. Seniors must be dropped off at OLF.
Catalina Trip: Tuesday, May 17, 2022, 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Senior Parent Volunteers
In later April, senior parents will be receiving an email from the school regarding donations as well as a Sign-Up Genius email requesting parent volunteers for the following:
- Live for Other Camino way stations and lunch
- Senior Luncheon set-up and distribution of yearbooks
If you have outstanding fees owed (e.g., tuition, sports, Bistro, graduation, etc.), you will not be able to pick up tickets, nor will a diploma be issued until all fees have been paid. Additionally, the student's diploma will be held if he/she has not fulfilled the Christian Service requirements, needs to remediate classes, or has not completed online classes.
I appreciate your collaboration, support, and understanding as we work to celebrate the JSerra Catholic High School Class of 2022!
Interim Vice Principal
Dear Senior Parents,
Graduation 2022 is quickly approaching, and we are planning senior events to make this a memorable time for you and your graduate.
Cap, Gown, and Tassel
JSerra will provide a cap, gown, and tassel for the ceremony. In order to do so, we need the following information: https://forms.gle/M29FidTAP6PZPrbeA. Additionally, please confirm the graduates' legal spelling of their first, middle, and last names for their diploma.
Recently, Jostens sent out information about graduation memorabilia, which included additional graduation mementos such as commemorative graduation tassels, rings, and announcements that are not included in the graduation fee. Graduates WILL receive a tassel with their cap and gown and will be distributed at a later time.
Your FACTS tuition account was billed on November 2, 2021, with the final payment due by February 2, 2022. Remember, the graduation fee covers a number of items and is not available on an á la carte basis (see page 13 of the Senior Graduation Guidebook). There are no partial refunds of the fee. Please keep in mind that the graduation fee must be paid before the graduate is eligible to receive his or her diploma.
Yearbook Senior Tribute
Make sure to order your senior yearbook ad by December 7, 2021, as the early bird pricing deadline has been extended. (See pages 23-25 Senior Graduation Guidebook).
Senior Memory Video
Send in candid group photos of your graduate from their freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior years here at JSerra. If photographs are not sent in, your graduate may not be in the video. When sending the photos please ensure the graduate's name is the subject of the email, and that the photos are of good quality (please no screenshots). Photos can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than April 11, 2022.
