LEAD Program
About the LEAD Program
The LEAD Program is a student leadership organization dedicated to promoting and sharing the mission of JSerra Catholic High School with prospective families and the surrounding community. As a member of the program, your primary responsibility is to serve as a Shadow Day Host, welcoming prospective students to campus throughout the school year. LEAD members also represent JSerra at a variety of on- and off-campus events, helping recruit and engage future Lions while serving as ambassadors for our school community.

- Passion for JSerra's mission

- Actively engaged in student life
Benefits
Membership in the LEAD Program offers a variety of opportunities for personal growth and leadership development. Members will:
- Earn service hours for hosting Shadow Days and participating in recruitment events outside of monthly meetings.
- Develop valuable leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills through meaningful interactions with prospective students and families.
- Distinguish themselves as strong candidates for leadership opportunities, including the Caritas Christi program during their senior year.
- Become part of a close-knit community of student leaders who play an important role in shaping the JSerra experience for future students.
- Be eligible to participate in raffles for gift cards, exclusive experiences, and other prizes based on their commitment, reliability, and overall performance throughout the year.
