Activate, Install, and Sign in to Your JSerra Zoom Account
Once JSerra has created your Zoom account, you will receive an email in your JSerra mailbox from Zoom to create a password. Find that email and click the blue "Sign in to Zoom" button.
A browser window will pop up and prompt you to Activate your Zoom Account. Click on the option to "Sign Up with a Password".
You will be redirected to another page and prompted to list your name and create a password. Please enter your:
- First name exactly as it is in your JSerra email address
- Last name
- Choose a password
- Re-enter your password
- Click Continue
Now you can sign into Zoom on your computer!
Step 4 (If you already have Zoom installed, skip ahead to Step 5)
Download and install the Zoom client onto your computer by navigating to https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting.
Once there, click on the blue "Download" button under "Zoom Client for Meetings". It should be at the top of the page.
Once it finishes downloading, click the download to run the application. If you are using Chrome browser, it will be in the lower left-hand corner of the window. In Firefox, it can be found in the upper right-hand corner of the window. A window will pop up to show installation progress:
Now you can sign into your installed Zoom application.
If Zoom does not automatically open after installing, open by double-clicking the Zoom icon on your desktop or searching for Zoom from your start menu.
Once opened, click "Sign In".
Enter your information:
- Your username is your JSerra email address
- Enter the password you just created
- Check the box next to "Keep me signed in"
- Click "Sign In"
If you open the Zoom application and find that you are already signed in with a personal Zoom account, please sign out, then sign back in with your JSerra account.
