The JSerra Textbook Exchange is a new way to buy and sell textbooks!

This site will enable parents and students to buy and sell used textbooks in hopes of reducing textbook costs for participants. The only way this site will be successful is if many people list books and buy used books. Please bookmark the site for easy access.

How to Sell Books on the Textbook Exchange

1. Download and review the Textbooks List (see "DOWNLOAD LIST" button at the top of this page) to ensure the books you want to sell will be used for Summer and Fall 2024 classes. If the book(s) you wish to sell are listed, go to Step 2. Be aware of format of the books when reviewing the list. If you are selling a print-only book, make sure that your ISBN matches the print only ISBN on the Textbooks List.
    
2. Go to the JSerra Textbook Exchange. Bookmark the site for easy access.
   
   VISIT TEXTBOOK EXCHANGE
3. Click on "Submit Books to Sell" and complete the form.
4. After you sell your listing(s), please email Librarian Jeanne Swedo at jswedo@jserra.org and ask her to remove your listing. This step is very important in maintaining the list's accuracy. (Please input "REMOVE LISTING" in the subject line of your email.)

You will be responsible for meeting up with your buyer on your own.

How to Buy Books on the Textbook Exchange

1. Go to the JSerra Textbook Exchange. Bookmark the site for easy access.
2. Click on "Find Books" and review the listing for books you may wish to purchase.
3. Contact the seller.

You will be responsible for meeting up with the seller on your own.

Most textbooks for Online Education courses are embedded in the online course. To ensure that your online course does not require additional purchases, please contact Online Education Coordinator Caleb DeGroot at cdegroot@jserra.org.
