Boys Soccer Spring Strength Training Program

This camp is available to all registered students of JSerra Catholic High School. In order to participate, you must complete the online Athletic Eligibility Packet. Any questions regarding camps or eligibility for camps should be directed towards the Head Coach.

  • DATES: March 6-May 17, 2018
  • TIMES: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:30 a.m.
  • LOCATION: Weight Room / Fitness Center (AM)

  • FEE: $210 includes facility, weight room, Dynamic Core Strength Training instruction, and one Spring Weightlifting dri-fit shirt
  • ADDITIONAL INFO: Please bring closed-toed shoes, shorts, JSerra Spring Weightlifting Dri-fit, and lots of water for the Weight Room.

NOTE: The Spring Strength Training Program will be vital in building the athletes core strength. We will hold the camp Tuesday and Thursdays mornings due to most student’s afternoon activities. This way they will be balanced to continue to work towards academic excellence, as well as, in their Sport. We suggest you order an extra Spring Weightlifting dri-fit to wear during the week!
