The JSerra Football Alumni Golf Tournament will provide an opportunity to bring together the young men who helped develop the JSerra Football Program into what it is today. The program looks to honor the team as well as a man who is the first to reach a goal that a number of the young men in this program shoot to obtain.
Reporter Paul Bersebach's story on yesterday's Senior Plunge made the front page of today's OC Register. The Senior Plunge is one of JSerra's most beloved traditions in which graduating seniors jump into the school swimming pool in their uniforms in celebration of their final week of high school. The event originated in 2009 as a senior prank and has since evolved into an annual tradition supported by the school.
This past week, two JSerra student-athletes were awarded scholarships from the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation (OCYSF). Paul Roche was selected to receive the OCYSF Scholar/Athlete Award, while Zach Round was the Jim Valentine Courage Award Winner.
